Progressive Rock act Strange Land releases their second album Blaming Season. And what a fucking great listen! Strange Land is a band that moves in all directions, never letting the listener get too comfortable with the music making Blaming Season an album that can’t be pidgen holed. One thing is for sure its melancholy, while the production is not over polished and Chad Novell’s vocals give me the shits every now and again. Apart from these two things Strange Land have recorded a Prog masterpiece by the way of Blaming Season. This is a C.D that is worth tracking down and to be honest my stereo loves it, as it’s not just enjoyable, it’s refreshing.
